All sales are final. In consideration of hygiene and the well-being of our customers, our jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged. To help you make the right choice we aim to give detailed information about our products, so you can make an informed choice before buying. Exceptions:

If you receive an incorrect item or if there is a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong size or style, or item damaged upon arrival, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out noorieartfulexpressions@gmail.com  within 48 hours  from the date of delivery, providing detailed information and photographs. We will find a solution.

No Exchange or Returns in these cases: 

• If you change your mind or don't like it.
• If it's been misused, or accidentally damaged.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Items bought during promotions or sales are FINAL SALES.

Non-Shipped Refunds/Order Cancellation 

If the customer emails to cancel an order before it has been shipped, Noorie will deduct 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of bank transaction fees due to customers cancelling an order.
